Policies Shipping Our goal is to ship your order as quickly and affordably as possible. We will ship out all orders received by 10:00 am EST – the same day (depending on stock and carrier). Domestic Our standard method is Ground delivery, the most affordable and dependable. Once your order is processed with us, we CONFIRM your order and supply a “tracking number” which you can use to contact UPS (either by phone at 1•800•PICK•UPS or (800) 742-5877 or on the web at https://wwwapps.ups.com/etracking/tracking.cgi?Requester=UOW. Midwest orders may be shipped via Spee•Dee Delivery (by phone at 1•800•862•5578). The shipping charges are paid by you at the time of purchase, so all you need to do is receive your order when it arrives. Returns You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full product-price refund as long as the item is in new condition, with original packaging and accessories. For items wrapped in plastic, such as charcoal filters, please verify size before unwrapping the plastic. Simply include a copy of your order shipment notice (or your order # and full contact details) in your returned package. Upon receipt of your returned item with shipment notice, we’ll issue a credit and notify you by email. Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item? Please contact us immediately by phone toll-free at 1-866-724-8833 or through our info@cleanairmart.com, so we can send you a replacement. We’ll also provide free return shipping if the return is a result of our error. Security When paying by credit card on our site, your card details are encrypted for the transaction (using Secure Socket Layer technology, or SSL) – making it more secure than giving your card details over the phone. All this means you can feel comfortable using your credit card to make a purchase online with us. If however, you are still more comfortable placing an order over the phone, please call us Toll Free at 1-866-724-8833 9am - 6pm EST, M-F. Reminders Re-Order Reminders simply email you a reminder that it is about time to re-order a product. This is simply a courtesy reminder to let you know it is time to visit our site again to re-order. We do not automatically re-order the product for you and no charges are automatically applied to your credit card. You will be able to return to our website to purchase the product at your convenience. International: We are not set up to process international orders. We only accept U.S. credit cards, U.S. money orders or cashier’s checks. For U.S. money orders and/or cashier’s checks we need to wait for receipt and confirmation of funds. International Shipping internationally is expensive. Please expect a minimum of $50 per order. If you would like to know in advance what the shipping would be, you must e-mail us by using our info@cleanairmart.com with the products and quantity(s), your country, city, and postal code and ask for a shipping quote. Then we will promptly reply with an exact quote. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
